Nelivate Studio started with two people on opposite sides of the Atlantic — Ayman in Florida, USA, and Rachid in Morocco — sharing the same belief:
Great work does not depend on where talent is located. It depends on finding the right people, giving them the right direction, and building the right structure around them.
That belief became Nelivate Studio.
It started with a simple idea.
When Ayman and Rachid’s paths crossed, the conversation quickly became bigger than individual projects.
They saw agencies winning ambitious work while facing a recurring challenge: every new project could require a completely different combination of skills.

The talent existed.
The opportunities existed.
What was missing was the structure connecting them.
So they started building one.

Not a traditional agency trying to keep every possible skill in-house.
A studio designed around the project itself — bringing together specialist talent, structured management and one reliable production relationship.
